Utilizing the Valrhona Passion Inspiration couverture, this naturally vegan bar has the mouthfeel of chocolate and the bright, intense flavors of passion fruit. The bar is speckled with roasted cocoa nibs and coated in a cayenne sugar blend.
Sweet, robust, and a hint of spice, there’s no other bar out there quite like this.
The Passion Fruit chocolate used is special because of its minimal ingredient footprint – consisting of only cocoa butter, dehydrated passionfruit juice, and sugar.
This chocolate eats and melts in your mouth like other chocolates, but the rich flavors are replaced but bright and vibrant fruit notes, both tangy and refreshing.
